Delivery "New Post"

You can receive your order at any "Nova Poshta" branch indicated on the order page. After the order arrives at the branch, you will be sent an SMS message from "Nova Poshta" indicating the invoice number. The period of free storage of the order in the branch is 5 working days. If you do not receive the order within this period, the product will be returned to the seller.

Pay attention! Postpaid service is paid separately from delivery, its cost will be specified when placing the order. In order to avoid additional costs for the commission, we advise you to pay on the website, by account or card online.

In the event that you did not check the goods upon receipt, we cannot guarantee the resolution of disputed situations in your favor.

If the product does not correspond to what was ordered in the online store, or has an incomplete set, external damage, it is not necessary to pay for and pick up such a product.

If there is no "Nova Poshta" branch in your settlement, you can order courier delivery across Ukraine. Delivery of goods weighing up to 30 kg by the carrier service is carried out to the door.

You can receive your order at any branch of UkrPoshta, which you specify when placing the Order. After the order arrives at the branch, you will be sent an SMS message from "UkrPoshta" indicating the invoice number. The period of free storage of the order in the branch is 7 working days. If you do not receive the order within this period, the product will be returned to the seller.
